- "The Internet and other emerging media are a natural part of the environment of these fledgling healthcare consumers. The immediacy and instant feedback of these channels present an opportunity and a challenge to healthcare organizations, not only to convince Gen-Xers and Gen-Yers of the need for healthcare-related products but also to identify the most effective communication channels."
