Health Benefits Open Enrollment: Crafting a Win-Win Initiative

The healthcare publisher surveyed customers online on this topic in January and found that while most understood the benefits presented during their organization’s open enrollment period, there were still huge gaps in clarity and reliability of material, technical support, web site usability and availability of support tools to calculate and compare benefits.
