More Than Half of Healthcare Organizations Co-Locate Case Manager in the Medical Home, Survey Finds
New market research from the Healthcare Intelligence Network analyzes the responses of 156 healthcare organizations to HIN's fourth annual Industry Survey on the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Model, administered in March 2010.
