Who Reviews HRA Results?

Eligibility to Receive Incentives for HRA Completion This Week's Challenge: Aggregate data from health risk assessments (HRAs) guide healthcare organizations in the development and delivery of health promotion and disease management interventions. What We Learned: The Healthcare Intelligence Network's June 2010 Health Risk Assessments e-survey captured trends in the use of HRAs from format and target audiences to incentive use and impact by 116 healthcare organizations. According to respondents, results from completed HRAs are shared with:

  • Participant: 85.9 percent

  • Employer (in aggregate): 53.1 percent

  • Case manager: 34.4 percent

  • Health plan: 25 percent

  • PCP: 18.8 percent
