What We Learned: HIN's third annual industry survey on telehealth and telemedicine captured data on targeted populations and conditions for telehealth programs, health activities being monitored remotely, the greatest barrier or challenge to telehealth implementation, and much more. According to the 129 healthcare companies who responded, the following ROI was generated by their telehealth program:
- Too soon to tell: 55.8 percent
Between 2:1 and 3:1: 25.6 percent
Between 3:1 and 4:1: 11.6 percent
Higher than 4:1: 4.7 percent
Less than 2:1: 2.3 percent
