We wanted to see who is connecting HRA results to care management programs.

What We Learned:
HIN's June 2010 Health Risk Assessments e-survey captured the trends in HRA use, from format and target audience to incentive use and impact. Most of the 116 survey respondents are connecting HRAs to care management programs:
Yes: 77 percent
No: 23 percent
