We wanted to see the ROI generated by diabetes management programs.

What We Learned: Responses to Healthcare Intelligence Network's "10 Questions On Diabetes Management Programs" survey provided qualitative data on strategies and tactics for management of this disease, program components and challenges, and outcomes, metrics and ROI. According to the 2011 survey respondents, the following ROI was generated by their program:
Don't know: 33.3 percent
Too early to tell: 30 percent
2:1 to 3:1: 20 percent
Other: 10 percent
None: 3.3 percent
3:1 to 4:1: 3.3 percent
4:1 to 5:1: 0 percent
Greater than 5:1: 0 percent
