White Paper Abstract: A FRM/EIPP solution gives Health Alliance the ability to present invoices electronically, automating the billing and collection process. The ideal FRM/EIPP solution also provides interactive dispute management ("adds" and "terms") when payers dispute an invoice or line item (for instance, a particular subscriber or member) by providing the explanation electronically.
