The January 2010 Medication Adherence e-survey by the Healthcare Intelligence Network captured the industry's efforts to improve medication adherence. The top five conditions that pose the greatest opportunity to improve medication adherence, according to respondents are:
- Diabetes (73.1 percent)
- Hypertension (71.2 percent)
- CAD (51.9 percent)
- Depression (51.9 percent)
- Cholesterol (48.1 percent)
